Just as we discovered Dunedin a few years ago, we hope that you are able to do the same. Our home is located within Sun Retreats Dunedin, which is a stone’s throw from the Pinellas Trail and 4 miles from Honeymoon Island. If you stay with us, you have access to all the amenities of Sun Retreats which include activity center, heated saltwater pool, work out center, shuffleboard, pickle ball, playground, and dog run.
Our home is small but mighty! It is a one-bedroom (king size bed) with a sleeper sofa. (Extra bedding included for the sleeper sofa.) 65″ TV in the living room for relaxing at night. We have in house washer/dryer combo. Full size stand-up shower. There is also a TV in the bedroom. The attached / closed in Florida room has two ready to go work-stations if you need to “work-cation”. The porch is fully screened in to avoid no-see-um’s and mosquitos. There is also a small fenced in area in the back of the home so you can let your furry friends sit with you and enjoy the outside with the outdoor furniture, artificial turf, and 55″ TV. The oversized umbrella provides plenty of shade to enjoy your time outside.
Wake up to flocks of birds flying overhead and take a quiet stroll through the park in the morning. Enjoy a day in the sun either in the pool, ocean, biking or fishing. The locals and our neighbors are great – you’re sure to have an amazing time.
